jiaxin company and huamao group have made joint venture of jiaxin medical & technology company, which the factory building was begun on construction recently.

jiaxin medical & technology has purchased 51 thousand square meters industrial lands, and plan to invest 150 million rmb to build production base of absorbent cotton and disposable medical products.. there will be six advanced production lines for absorbent cotton and extend to develop its finished products for high-end market in medical and healthcare industries. it will take two years to build and put into operation. at that time, annual production capacity for absorbent cotton and this series of products can reach to 6,000 tons while for alcohol pad reach to 1 billion pieces.

huamao international textileindustrial park is important part of economic development zone with full infrastructure & supporting facilities and many industrial projects located here. in particular, 7000 tons of combed cottons required by new projects completely supplied by huamao group. one hand, it can guarantee the stable supplies of raw material, and the other hand, it is a good solution for huamao group’s waste material to be reused to extend its industrial chain. thus jiaxin and huamao will achieve win-win goal with bright cooperation future.   

the most important feature for this project is to enhance the level of manufacturing equipments and improve the processing technology. so that it can ensure the physical and chemical standards for dressing products can get a big break, such as purity, whiteness, softness and absorbance, etc.
